جمعية البر الخيرية بتهامة بلسمر وبلحمر هي جمعية خيرية ذات شخصية اعتبارية تسعى إلى تقديم المساعدات النقدية والعينية والخدمات التعليمية والثقافية والصحية والتدريبية والتأهيلية لأهالي تهامة بلسمر وبلحمر والقرى والهجر التابعة لها دون الربح المادي أو أي أهداف لا تتناسب مع ما وجدت له حيث تأسست في 1425/07/25هـ ومسجلة بالمركز الوطني لتنمية القطاع غير الربحي بتصريح رقم (313) و يعتبر مركز تهامة بلسمر وبلحمر أحد المراكز التابعة لمحافظة محايل بمنطقة عسير .
